Contractual Terms and Conditions
- 1. Written Contract Requirement:
- A legally binding written contract is required before any services are performed. The specific terms of the contract will be finalized during an introductory meeting, which must be scheduled in advance. The terms outlined here represent the minimum requirements.
2. State, County, and Federal Documentation:
- The company is not responsible for applying for, filing, or renewing state, county, or federal documentation, including but not limited to rental licenses, taxes, and permits.
3. Liability and Property Condition:
- The company is not liable for any injuries to guests or property owners during their stay. It is the owner’s responsibility to maintain the property in satisfactory condition for guests and the company. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by guests. Any issues or damages will be documented and reported via email within 24 hours of being notified or discovered.
4. Communication and Refunds:
- Any communication with individuals other than those listed in the contract must be documented in writing by the owner prior to any discussion. Refunds for cleaning concerns are at the company's discretion. Refunds for issues beyond the company’s control will be managed by the owner and will not affect the agreed payment terms unless specifically approved in writing by the company.
5. Standards and Responsibilities:
- The company is responsible for ensuring that any standards are upheld by its employees, vendors, or proxies.
